Small Group Training
Small group trainings are designed as extra trainings opportunities for players wanting to add to, or supplement their regular training environment. Small group trainings cater to anywhere from 1-6 players at a time. The objective of small group trainings are to:

-
Generate training intensity that can not always be generated in larger group settings.
-
Give technical details and corrections that are specific to the participants, at a level of detail that can not always be supplied in a team environment.
-
Repetition of a specific technique or skill over and over again.

The combination of these objectives create an environment for optimal player development. Whilst these trainings can be designed for specific players, their ability level and also their positions, they all focus on the foundation of:
-
Technical Development
-
Coordinative Development
-
Physiological Development
Small group training is supplemental training to support additional development players should be receiving in their team environment. Small group trainings are especially beneficial to players wanting to do a little more than the other players on their teams.

Day & Week Long Camps
One of those days or weeks when there is NO School? Looking for some extra training during Summer, Thanksgiving or the Christmas Holidays? Come spend that time playing soccer!
Our day camps and week long camps are from 9-4pm. Spend the first part of the morning developing skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing and turning, and then after a short snack break participate in fun camp games and World Cup tournament. In the afternoon, change your shoes, get out of the sun, and play some futsal in the college gymnasium
Players will be grouped by age, ability and then gender so that all players are challenged during the camp. Every player will leave having had a fun action packed day.
